operations, sales, marketing, contributor relations and finance.

Mission: To ensure Getty Images was creating and sourcing imagery to meet the company's global creative strategy. Achieved through the assessment, art direction and supervision of all shoot briefs and prospective contributors; recruitment and management of photographers, art directors, photo editors and production staff.
- Directed concept development, photo production and managed up to 5.5 million dollar budget for global commissioned photo shoot program.
- Organized and managed brainstorm meetings, analyzed image trends and advertising usages, articulated creative concepts and strategies for content development.
- Managed house editing staff to select imagery to acceptable creative and technical standards for all Getty Images' house collections.
- Collaborated with Sales and Marketing staff, attended and presented at client meetings, acted as company representative at globally relevant creative events.
- Developed relationships with the photographic community and sourced new photographic talent.
- Collaborated with Content Operations in maintaining and monitoring workflow of
images to appropriate departments to agreed budgets, time lines and targets.
- Raised creative awareness of team through examination of contemporary art, culture and

Advertising photography studio servicing commercial clients including: Godiva, Adidas, Canon, Pepsi and Lucky Strike and multiple apparel catalog brands.
- Executed all phases of photo shoot production: casting calls, model and crew bookings, location arrangements, fees, permits and insurance coverage.
